Update Salesforce by transitioning new classes to their respective new channel/teams based on the proposed roster. High volume trends to planning team.
Comfortable with new technology, familiarity with CRMs, e.g. Salesforce, and customer service platforms, e.g. ZenDesk, and/or HR platforms, e.g. Lever a plus.
Maintain detailed documentation of communications, including customer service opportunities and complaints in SalesForce.
Experience with MS Office, Salesforce and Oracle preferred. Advanced knowledge of customer support processes (i.e., pricing, products, returns, etc.).
